Calabasas: In June 2022, Britney acquired a mansion in the Calabasas gated community of The Oaks for $11.8 million. The mansion spans 11,600 square feet and comprises seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms. The grand entrance boasts 33-foot high ceilings. This home also features amenities like a 10-seat home theater, a private office, a game room, an 8-car garage, and more. The expansive outdoor space includes a large pool with a Jacuzzi and a water slide. Originally constructed in 2009, the previous owner had listed it for sale in 2012 for just under $10 million and later re-listed it in 2021 for $15.5 million. Britney finally purchased the property in June 2022 for $11.8 million. Notably, this mansion is located just two doors down from a previously owned home by Khloe Kardashian, and prior to that, Justin Bieber.

For unknown reasons, Britney never officially moved into this mansion, continuing her stay at her Westlake Village residence instead. Westlake Village: In 2012, Britney acquired a residence in the Los Angeles suburb of Westlake Village, spending $6.7 million. This property was sold in 2017 for $7 million.

In 2015, she purchased a 21-acre estate in Westlake Village for $7.5 million. The home is situated within a community named White Stallion Ranch, which was established by Sylvester Stallone.
